Exchange & Refund Policy

We offer 7-day exchanges only — no returns.

To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 Start your exchange by emailing us at support@velvotic.com.
If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.

No Returns On:

  • Used/opened items
  • Personal items (e.g. massagers, penetration products)
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Wrong Items?

Contact us immediately if your order is defective or incorrect. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

In case any of your refund will approved, you’ll be refunded within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
