To be eligible, items must be unused, still have their tags, be in their original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
No Returns On:

- Personal items (e.g., massagers, penetration products)
- Gift cards
Damaged or Wrong Items?
Contact us immediately if your order is defective or incorrect. We’ll make it right.
Refunds
In case any of your refunds are approved, you’ll be refunded within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
